WestGroupe, a leader in the Optical industry, is looking for a Sales Representative to cover the Southern Alberta territory. We’re looking for a results-driven individual that can work independently to establish and maintain good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. They must also build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing customer base.
• Open new accounts through prospecting
• Present and sell company product lines.
• Attend trade / company events.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets.
• All other related tasks.

As a Sales Representative, the successful candidate will:
• Have at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Is self driven and independent but also works well in a team.
• Able to physically lift and handle samples bags weighing up to 30lbs.
• Is open to travel throughout Southern Alberta on a regular basis.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Professional and respectful attitude.
• This position requires a car.

Note: This is a commission based role.
